Make the Sauce

Pour in the fresh orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, orange zest, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
5 Combine Chicken and Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, letting it thicken slightly.
Add the fried chicken back to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until evenly coated.
6 Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately over steamed rice or with your favorite sides.
